    Pros +

    • Friendly workers and atmosphere
    • Excellent entertainment
    • Caesars was a great place to stay. Pools were excellent and it was a good location to see a show at the Sphere. Lots of food options and things to see.

    Cons -

    • To expensive, got changed for things that we didn't used. We were there for one night and because we got two rooms we got charged two for swimming pool that we didn't used.. No free parking either
    • The cloged shower drain, the broken door lock to the restroom, the loose toilet seat, and the view of the duct work and pipes on the roof was a bummer.
    • The staff were completely horrible hope they go bankrupt for how they treat people me and my wife has stayed at over 15 hotels in Vegas and they were worse than even Luxor

Caesars was a great place to stay. Pools were excellent and it was a good location to see a show at the Sphere. Lots of food options and things to see.

The Julius tower was nice, but the furniture is old and dirty. We had an issue with the hot water that was resolved by the hotel.

    pools and location

The man who checked me in was extremely rude. Anyone working in customer service should treat guests with courtesy and respect, but I expected a much higher level of hospitality from a property like Caesars Palace.

Quite in the room. Great view. Cleanlieness.

    No will stay there again.

    10DenisePosted on: 2-11-2026

Close to the activity I had planned.

The pool hours too short. Although there are supposedly 7 pools, only saw one and it was so packed everyday.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Location was good, came for concert that was held at the hotel.

Our toilet ran all night long the first night. We also had a sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. We talked to front desk. They came up and stool worked until we flushed the stool a few times then it ran all night again. Did not sleep well.

The room was spotless, hallways and elevators. Staff is polite and attentive.

The price for the buffet is high.

I enjoyed the attractions near the hotel.

The hotel, similar to other reviews, was very outdated . I also did not appreciate the early check in fee for checking in 2 hours prior. A lot of people come to Vegas to attend a show so to have to check in later or be charged a fee was a surprise.

    Location

Too big, from parking to check in desk had to walk a long way also had to walk a long way to find the room

I loved the jacuzzi tub, I specifically booked this hotel for the tub and it didn't disappoint.

The a/c in our room was not good. It was loud and we would get extremely hot in the middle of the night to where we we're soaking wet.

    location, aesthetics,

the water didn’t come on about three mornings we were there we had to wait for an hour or two. then it drizzled then about two hours later it would come on with very low pressure

    3Verified guestPosted on: 10-27-2025

No microwaves in the rooms, the refrigerator was stocked with items you have to buy, could not store anything in the refrigerator that was personal, our room did not get cleaned, there were two of us staying in the room and the only one washcloth.

    7RickPosted on: 10-25-2025

    True Food Restaraunt

    Coffee in lobby $10 overpriced

    8RenePosted on: 10-18-2025

The room was nice and clean. The interior decor was nice.

Quite a few employees were rude,

The hotel pool is wonderful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Drinks are pricey!

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Then, Caesar's charged us for the mini bar purchases from the previous guests. We received a refund at checkout. Expected more from Caesar's.

    1JamesPosted on: 8-29-2025

Not much to like except the location.

Wallpaper was peeling, baseboards were dirty all the way around the room, toilet seat was broken, furniture was beat up badly, cigarette burns in nightstands and desk. When we asked were told we could upgrade for an additional $90 a night.

    Convenient location

Room was too hot even with the AC turned way up. Bathroom sink was having plumbing issues and smelled septic. No signs for the sports book.....and frankly not great signage all over. The Peter Luger steakhouse was decent but WAY overpriced

    10LindaPosted on: 8-26-2025

Everything was great! The staff, the transition checking in, the luxury/cleaningness of the room, and everything surround it. I appreciate that Ceasars palace did not try to take my money by adding unexpected fees. I knew exactly what I was paying for.

No. Everything was amazing! I will definitely recommend this resort.
